This is a studio’s website. It describes work we have done and work we can do. Reading it commits you to nothing, and sending us a brief commits neither of us to anything until we both sign something.
What this site is
Information about TechSentinals and the systems we build. Everything on it is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but it is a description of capability, not an offer of contract and not professional advice.
Where a project is described as unfinished, in progress or not yet shipped, take that literally.
Sending a brief
The forms on this site start a conversation. They do not create an engagement, reserve capacity, or oblige us to take work on — and they do not oblige you to give it to us. Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement, not this page, is what counts.
Please do not send confidential material through the form before we have agreed how to handle it. If you need an NDA in place first, say so and we will sign one.
The work shown here
The writing, drawings, code and design of this site belong to TechSentinals. Screens and photographs of client projects are shown with those clients’ permission and remain theirs.
You are welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our clients’ names or marks to imply a relationship you do not have.
Third-party links
We link out to client sites, our own hosted projects and the personal pages of the four of us. We do not control any page we do not host, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Availability
We keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of every error. If something on it is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions taken on the strength of this website alone. Decisions about a real project should rest on the written agreement covering it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
