What we do with what you send us

What we collect

Only what the form asks for, and only when you submit it.

The brief form

• Your first and last name, email address, phone number and organisation.
• The service you picked and whatever you wrote in the details box.

The Sanrakshya waitlist

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The child’s age you selected, and anything you wrote in the message box.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything more than this. If you send us something sensitive that we did not ask for — a medical record, an identity document — tell us and we will delete it.

Why we have it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation while it is going on. That is the whole purpose. We do not profile you, sell the list, or use it to advertise to you anywhere else.

Who else touches it

Two companies process this data on our behalf, because the forms run on their infrastructure:

• Google — submissions are delivered through a Google Apps Script endpoint, so the contents of your enquiry pass through and are stored in Google’s systems.
• Cloudflare — the spam check on both forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address and some browser signals in order to decide whether you are a person. It does not see what you wrote.

Nobody outside the four of us at TechSentinals reads your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes.

You do not have to wait for that. Ask us at any point and we will delete the lot — the enquiry and the waitlist entry.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. You can also withdraw consent for us to hold it at all, which we will treat as a deletion request.

Write to techsentinals10@gmail.com with the email address you used, and say what you want done. We will do it and confirm.

If we handle that badly, the same address reaches our grievance contact, Ashwin Solanki. If you are still not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We set none. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token in your browser while it decides whether you are a person; it is used for nothing else and there is no analytics or advertising cookie on this site at all. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through — the page you are reading is the one in force.
